BrascampVeiligheidAdvies is a safety consultancy firm in the Netherlands, specialized in process safety management, accident analysis and human factors. The firm is headed by Marten Brascamp, formerly deputy head of TNO's Industrial Safety Department.
He was senior advisor to HSL-Zuid, the highspeed rail link Amsterdam-Brussels, and was the principle's lead assessor of the safety case for the superstructure.
Marten Brascamp is a regular advisor to the European Commission as an independent expert in evaluating research proposals under the Fifth and Sixth Framework Programme in various fields including transport (Directorate H).
To date he is advisor on safety management for ProRail and Corío Real Estate Development in the reconstruction of the Utrecht Central Station area. He is also the safety manager for the A15 Maasvlakte-Vaanplein highway renewal project.
BrascampVeiligheidAdvies closely co-operates with an international network of safety specialists and with a number of firms in the field of consulting, engineering and quality assurance.

BVA schrijft het Integraal Veiligheidsplan voor de nieuwbouw en renovatie van Hoog Catharijne.
Corío Vastgoed Ontwikkeling B.V. renoveert en vernieuwt grote delen van Hoog Catharijne, als onderdeel van de herontwikkeling van het stationsgebied Utrecht.
Integrale veiligheid, zowel op het winkelcomplex als in de omgeving, krijgt de volle aandacht. BrascampVeiligheidAdvies is gevraagd om de organisatie van de integrale veiligheid zorgvuldig te plannen en met de samenwerkende omgevingspartijen af te stemmen.
Het komende proces- en productplan bevat de afspraken tussen de partijen (Corío, gemeente, brandweer, ...) over alle soorten veiligheid: sociale veiligheid, brandpreventie, evacuatie, grootschalige hulpverlening enz.
Het bevat bovendien een overzicht van alle veiligheidsproducten die tijdens het ontwerp, de realisatie en de exploitatie van Nieuw Hoog Catharijne zullen worden gemaakt.
